Business Intelligence International Consulting team of consultants come from many varied professional backgrounds, with solid leadership experience from within strategic management, HRM, Project Management, Finance, entrepreneurship, monitoring and evaluation.
Are you always successful in the projects you work on?

The undertaking we engage in with our clients is mutual. Together we will join hands and do everything in our power to achieve the ambitious results breakthroughs we have identified together.
How many of your customers reach their goals?

We work with many different types of goals on our projects and many clients reach their goals, but not all reach all goals. On the other hand, we have no clients who do not achieve at least some of the established targets, and it is of great importance to our viability that they do achieve them.
How can we integrate your methods into our existing structure?
It is very rare that something needs to be changed radically, but through our processes we will go through the following together:
  1. Eliminating – That which clearly does not contribute to results targets or holds any necessity.
  2. Minimizing – That which is necessary but does not contribute towards results targets.
  3. Maintaining – That which already exist and works, and here we implement the changes and approaches needed to achieve progress in the processes.
  4. Improving/Developing – That which is already in place or is neglected, in order to deliver clear and measurable results that contribute specifically to achieving the overall goals.
  5. Adding – New additions to work processes and leadership to enable the achievement of result breakthroughs and goals, and to ensure a sustainable positive development for the future.
